Obstructed right ureter 3 months after surgery was performed for a caudal abdominal leiomyosarcoma. This patient presented for "Not doing right." chronic hydronephrosis was also present. (see still image below) The ureter was obstructed due to iatrogenic adhesion. Right nephrectomy was performed and the patient was doing well 6 months post surgery.
