While working with Sonopath, we felt that there are many factors that contribute becoming an expert clinical veterinary sonpgrapher. Clinical medicine, of course, but also technical issues, eye-hand-brain coordination, using advanced techniques and adjusting settings for such things as Power Doppler. This “Corner” will be devoted to assisting the developing clinical sonographer in understanding much of the technical aspects of scanning. From machine presets and what the various buttons mean, to understanding the technical challenges of obtaining the right adrenal, the corner will cover as much as possible.
And of course, we are always open to suggestions for topics!.
The Technical Corner will start out slowly, building on each installment so that the end user will have a comprehensive set of tools to develop into a “rock star” of clinical sonographer. Read on to the first edition of "t2's Technical Corner”! - Membership Required
