The perfect Pizzas

The real pizza. "Filetto a mozzarella di bufala"
Wood oven cooked over a rock bed, fresh plum tomato, basil, olive oil, and mozzarella from the water buffalo made this morning. It's a holiday today, "All Saints Day." Since I don't have to visit the cemetery like the rest of Italy, we went out for lunch:)
